As a byproduct of this industry, I am so thankful for the foundation that my mother laid for me as it has contributed to so much of my growth. My mother once said to me “find your passion and make it your career and when you do, you’ll never spend a day wishing you were doing something else”. So here I am, entering my 22nd year in an industry that I am so deeply passionate about!

I love being able to spend each day exploring my creativity and having the ability to enhance a client’s beauty. Being a hairstylist has given me a platform, both in and outside of the salon, to make a positive impact on not only each client who sits in my chair, but also to the youth who follows me on social media that may be inspired to one day take this same journey.

When I’m not in the salon (very rare..haha), you can find me with my son and daughter as they are ‘home’ for me and the reason that I work so incredibly hard. Being a single parent has by far been the hardest job that I have ever done, but it has attributed to the woman, mother, friend, and boss babe that I am today. Family is incredibly important to me and when you become a client, you become part of my world and are valued as family.

Hi i’m Lily! 

I was born in Las Vegas but raised in California. I obtained my license in California and I worked behind the chair for 2 years prior to moving to Florida. 

I specialize in balayages, highlights, and vivid colors. I continue to further my education by keeping up with the latest trends as this is imperative to fuel my creativity. 

My goal is to make you feel absolutely beautiful when you leave my chair. 

I’ve always had a passion for hair and creativity which is attributed to being raised in a salon. This exposure brought a lot of light to my passion and I truly enjoy seeing other women feeling confident about themselves through their beauty. Hi, I’m Carly! Utah born, Colorado raised, and now living my best life here in sunny Florida. ☀️

You could say hair runs in my blood. I grew up around the salon industry, and nearly 20 years into my own career, my passion for what I do is stronger than ever. I’ve had the opportunity to work behind the chair, teach future stylists, and continue growing my craft, and I still genuinely love coming to work and creating something beautiful.

When you sit in my chair, my goal is for you to feel completely at home, have a little fun, and leave feeling even better than when you walked in. And I’ve never met a hair project I wasn’t willing to take head-on! Give me the big transformation, the color everyone else told you was “too much,” the funky pixie, the dramatic chop, the vivid hair, or simply the cut you’ve never been able to get quite right, I’m your girl.
